Originally from Illinois, Chad and his family relocated to Sebring Florida in the mid 2000’s.

Chad has over twenty-four years of valuable experience working in medical laboratories, a research center, and other settings.  Before taking his current position as Manager with the Highlands Soil & Water Conservation District - Mobile Irrigation Lab, Chad was a Data Clerk for ten years at a private environmental laboratory, working closely with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Department of Health in Highlands County.

Chad attended Indian River College, obtaining an Associate Degree in Medical Technology. Then, attended Excelsior College earning his bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.

Away from work, Chad and his son, George, enjoy spending time together and being actively involved with activities at Universal Studios, Orlando.
